Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This document (the "Policy") explains how Adgar Tech Ltd ("Adgar Tech", "we", "us") processes your personal information when you visit our website at www.greems.io (the "Website") and when you contact us.
We process your personal information for specific, limited purposes and always with care for your privacy. This Policy explains what data is collected, why it is used, on what legal basis, who it is shared with, and how you can exercise your rights under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and, for visitors in Israel, the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981.
You may contact us about any matter relating to the processing of your data at hello@greems.io, or as set out in Section 8 below.
1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is:
Adgar Tech Ltd, company number 516937703, registered office at Ef'al St 35, Petah Tikva, Israel — email hello@greems.io, telephone +972-77-989-7660.
Data protection contact. For any question about this Policy or to exercise the rights in Section 6, write to hello@greems.io.
Representative in the European Union (Article 27 GDPR). Adgar Innovations Real Estate Solutions sp. z o.o. sp.k., ul. Postępu 17A, 02-676 Warszawa, Poland.
Greems operates across Israel, Belgium, Poland and Canada. Adgar Tech Ltd is the controller of the personal data gathered through the Website and through any contact form, regardless of the location your inquiry concerns. Any request to exercise the rights set out in Section 6, and any question about this Policy, may be addressed to us by email at hello@greems.io.
2. What data we collect and process
If you are a user of the Website, we process technical data collected automatically, including in particular your IP address, and browser, device and session information. Part of this data — your IP address — is also disclosed to Google when your browser loads our web fonts (see Section 4).
If you are a user of the Website who submitted a contact form, we collect the personal data you provide in the form or in any further communication, including in particular your name, phone number, email address, address or service area, the inquiry type you select, and the content of your message.
If you contact us by telephone or WhatsApp using the number shown on the Website, we process the phone number you call or message from and the content of that conversation, in order to answer you. WhatsApp is operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.; opening a WhatsApp chat with us means Meta processes that exchange under its own terms, which we do not control. If you use the on-site accessibility widget, the display settings you choose are stored locally in your own browser and are not transmitted to or read by us. We do not knowingly collect special categories of data, and we do not operate advertising, profiling or behavioural-tracking tools on the Website.
3. Why and on what basis we process your data
If you are a user of the Website, we process your personal data on the basis of our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), including in particular:
- to operate and maintain the Website and the technologies behind it;
- to assist in diagnosing technical problems;
- to identify devices for the purpose of preventing abuse;
- to understand general usage patterns of the Website;
- to ensure the security of our network and systems.
If you are a user who has made an inquiry through the contact form, we process your personal data:
- on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the consent box on the contact form, to communicate with you about the products and services you expressed an interest in — you can withdraw it at any time by emailing hello@greems.io; and
- on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in handling your inquiry, ensuring security, defending against claims, and internal administrative purposes such as analysis and reporting.
4. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. Where necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in Section 3, we may share it with:
- entities entitled to receive it under the law (for example, law-enforcement or supervisory authorities);
- service providers that process personal data on our behalf — in particular our contact-form providers Formspree, Inc. (United States) and Make (operated by Celonis; EU), which deliver your form submission to us; our web-hosting provider; and Google (Google Fonts), whose servers receive your IP address when your browser loads our fonts;
- Open Charge Map and Google — the station-finder map page can embed the Open Charge Map application, which itself loads Google Analytics. Nothing is loaded until you press the button on that page. If you do, your browser connects to Open Charge Map and to Google, disclosing your IP address to both, and the embedded application may ask your browser for your location — which you can allow or refuse. No other page on this Website contacts either of them, and we receive no analytics data from that embed.
- our trusted business partners, where required in order to respond to your inquiry.
In the course of processing, your data may be transferred to a third country within the meaning of the GDPR — in particular to the United States (for form delivery) and to the State of Israel. For any transfer of your data outside the European Economic Area, we ensure an appropriate safeguard, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. In addition, by European Commission Decision No. 2011/61/EU of 31 January 2011, issued under Directive 95/46/EC, the State of Israel is recognised as providing an adequate level of protection for the automated processing of personal data. The text of the decision is available at eur-lex.europa.eu.
5. How long we store your data
Contact-form submissions and the correspondence that follows them are kept for 12 months from our last contact with you, after which they are deleted — unless we are required to keep them longer to comply with a legal obligation, or need them to establish or defend a legal claim. In any case, your data will not be processed for a longer period once you withdraw your consent and we have no other legal basis for processing it.
6. Your rights
In relation to the processing of your personal data, you may submit the following requests to the controller:
- where processing is based on your consent, to withdraw that consent at any time — withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it;
- to access your personal data and obtain a copy of it;
- to data portability — to receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, and to have it sent directly to another controller where the processing is automated and based on your consent;
- to rectify your personal data if it is inaccurate or incomplete;
- to object, in a particular situation, to processing based on legitimate interest, and to object at any time to processing for direct-marketing purposes;
- to request erasure of your data where, for example, it is no longer necessary, has been processed unlawfully, or you have withdrawn consent and there is no other basis for the processing;
- to request restriction of processing for the period during which we consider your objection, or a request concerning the accuracy or lawfulness of the processing.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@greems.io. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority — in Israel, the Privacy Protection Authority (PPA); in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO); in Belgium, the Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données / Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit).
7. Do you have to give us your data?
Providing your data is entirely optional. However, without it we will not be able to achieve the purposes above — in particular, we will be unable to answer your request or provide you with the information you asked for about Greems's services.
8. Contact
For any question about the processing of your personal data, or to exercise the rights set out in Section 6, contact the data controller at hello@greems.io, by telephone at +972-77-989-7660, or by post at Ef'al St 35, Petah Tikva, Israel.
We may update this Policy from time to time; the version published on this page, bearing the "last updated" date shown above, is always the current one. See also our Cookie Policy.
